Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Since all products of Green Parrot are handmade and are dyed on different batches there can be slight difference in color .
In case of size issues you can send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product. On confirmation of email from us regarding exchange, you can send the product to our address.
We will exchange the product with your desired size .
In case of Exchange delivery charges will be charged accordingly.
The products purchased are Non-refundable.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Green Parrot, Shop No-30, Bhagwan Tower, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
